12.13 -- Finally an update!!

Welcome to Kagrra Club, fanclub for all things Kagrra,!
Updates:
6.18 -- After a huge absence, I've updated the members orz the Peace and Smile Carnival Tour dvd was released and it is WONDERFUL; highly recommended if you like the many PS Company bands because they're all featured, and you get some awesome backstage clips! From July 13rd to August 5th Kagrra will be on a One-man tour in Japan! That's all for now for Kagrra news... Sorry for the huge delay in updates, and Happy Father's Day to all you fathers out there....
7.1 -- A small update. We have one new member
The main reason I'm updating is that I'll be gone for two months [hopefully during that time I will have seen our boys live *.*], so during that time, new members and member submissions and such will NOT be updated or, um, acknowledged, and news won't be updated and all that. I know I've gone longer without updating, but this time you get a heads up ^^** So... yeah, if you are trying to join, hopefully you read the updates and don't get mad when you don't hear anything for a while~~ ^^*
12.13 -- Hey everyone, sorry for the huge absence
Since the time has passed, Kagrra came out with a new single, Utakata, which came in 3 different versions. Well they recently announced an upcoming album to be released February 14th [coincidence??]. There will be a regular version [Y3000] and a limited version coming with a dvd [Y3619]. It will include "Utakata" and "Sakebi", which were on the Utakata single, plus 9 more tracks! I'm looking forward to it XD!

The Basics:
Kagrra, [yes, there's a comma!] is a Japanese band consisting of Isshi [vocals], Nao [bass], Akiya [guitar], Shin [guitar], and Izumi [drums]. Their style is categorized in Visual Kei, but they have a unique 'Neo Japanesque' sound. This club is to unite fans on DeviantArt who love Kagrra, as well as to showcase the different artworks of the members.

01.05 -- A new year is upon us, here's hoping for a Kagrra-filled year, right? XD As for the new singles coming out in February, they are Sarasojou no Komoriuta and Genmei no Katachi -- each single comes with both of these tracks, and Sarasojou comes with a live version of Yume Izuru Chi, while Genmei no Katachi comes with a live version of Koi. You can preorder it at www.cdjapan.co.jp !
In other news, no one entered the contest So I'll just end it rather than extend it.
2.02 -- Technically in the US it is still Feb 1st, but in Japan it is the second, so Kagrra has two new releases now, Sarasojou no Komoriuta and Genmei no Katachi!! Very cool -- later on in this month we will be seeing Izumi and Nao's birthdays as well!
2.05 -- Happy birthday to our favorite bassist, Nao!!
2.11 -- Happy birthday to our favorite drummer, Izumi!! Sorry I updated it a day late ._.***** Busy, blrgh. But anyway, I *think* Nao turned 25, as did Izumi! Please correct me if I'm wrong haha.
2.27 -- People ple~~~~~ase please send a note rather than comment on the club's front page... lots of clubs will ask that you do this and while I do check the little messages thing on the front page, I don't do it nearly as often as look at the header to see how many notes I've gotten for the club. >.< Alright, that aside, we've got a few new members, and one new affiliate!

11.19 -- Yeah, I'm pretty sure Kagrra is going major January 1st O.O Let's wish our boys luck! Ahh the Hisai DVD is released today!! [actually, it's probably yesterday in Japan by now..]
11.25 -- Oh well, I'm jumping the gun, 'cause I got an idea. Time for the club's very first contest!
12.02 -- It's official, Kagrra is now signed under Nippon Columbia, although PS Company will still be managing them. They've changed their name to 'Kagrra,' but... I'll still refer to them as Kagrra without the comma~!! ^^** You can visit their new site here: www.pscompany.co.jp/kagrra,/&n… their old site is still up, I believe. On the new site you can see their new look [back to their trademark kimonos, yay!] as well as get some song clips and a PV clip from their new single, Urei, which will be released January 1st. Anyway... yesterday [today for us, yesterday for them!] Kagrra played at Shibuya AX, so they probably announced going major there, and I also heard they handed out message/song discs, not sure which.. haha ^^** Ahh~.

Okay, the club's first contest is 'design an album cover'! Design an album cover for Kagrra, whether it be a fictional, upcoming, or previously released album. It doesn't matter what the content is -- be creative and representative of Kagrra! ...simple idea for the first contest, neh?
Prize: Depends... either I [] could draw you something [...], you can request Kagrra mp3s [off any CD I have, which is only like 5 ^^*]... well basically you can choose the prize, anything within reason [and that won't require me buying anything.. LoL ^^**********]. Anyway, submissions will go up here, and the voting process will begin on Dec 21st and end Dec 28th. I'll send out a note notifying everyone that the voting process has begun. So! Get those entries in and have fun with it!

Okay, the club's first contest is 'design an album cover'! Design an album cover for Kagrra, whether it be a fictional, upcoming, or previously released album. It doesn't matter what the content is -- be creative and representative of Kagrra! ...simple idea for the first contest, neh?

] could draw you something [...], you can request Kagrra mp3s [off any CD I have, which is only like 5 ^^*]... well basically you can choose the prize, anything within reason [and that won't require me buying anything.. LoL ^^**********]. Anyway, submissions will go up here, and the voting process will begin on Dec 21st and end Dec 28th. I'll send out a note notifying everyone that the voting process has begun. So!
